Arrival ceremony : Ganapati Rai arrivel ceremony  with much fanfare and excitement at the Ganeshotsav 2022 in Kadamwadi by Gajraj Mitra Mandal, a public Ganesha Utsav Mandal. Preparations for Maharaja’s arrival.

All public mandals first ask for subscriptions before Ganapati Rai arrives. Similarly in Gajraj Mitra Mandal also some young youths ask for registration in Kadamwadi. Subscription is initiated by worshiping the Subscription Receipt Book. Pooja of Pavatibook is performed every year on 15th August, Golden Day. This year, the cadres of the circle worshiped the certificate book and board of the circle by former soldiers who lived on the Indian border and protected the Indian people (Major Santosh Patil) and (Major Suraj Jadhav) who is currently working on the border to protect India. Mahaprasad is organized for the devotees of Ganaraya from this subscription. It is a tradition since time immemorial that Mahaprasad is organized by collecting subscriptions from people. In the current year 2022, on 31st August 2022, the Arrival ceremony started with a procession of Maharaja from 6 pm. The procession started with sound system and eye-warming light illumination. The procession included all the devotee of the circle and some of the workers who were Gajraj fans from Kadamwadi. The arrival of Maharaja was widely discussed in Kadamwadi a few days ago. Because the workers in the church had spread the message of the arrival to the people of the area through social media. Maharaja’s arrival was welcomed by senior, young as well as young activists in a very jubilant and happy atmosphere.

In last 3 years due to lockdown during corona period, people could not make the arrival ceremony of Ganaraya in a festive atmosphere. As people were not allowed to gather together, many public gatherings decided to celebrate Ganaraya’s arrival in a festive atmosphere after the corona restrictions were lifted this year. Similarly, the Gajraj Mitra Mandal decided to make the Maharaja’s arrival in a grand and festive atmosphere. In this, the activists had planned since 2 months ago. Daily Gajraj Mitra Mandal invites the social people of the nearby areas and some old Jest workers of some Mandals to pay respect to Aarti. A lively scene in Gajraj Mitra Mandal.

During the days of Ganaraya’s arrival ceremony, when the little Lord Ganesha bids farewell to the household, public mandals organize lively performances at night to entertain the public. Maharaja’s Mahaprasad organized.

Every year Mahaprasada of Gajraj Mitra Mandal is done in large scale in Kadamwadi and other nearby villages. This year Mahaprasad was organized on 8 September 2022 in the evening. After Ganaraya’s arrival ceremony, all the workers in the circle are busy collecting the material required for Mahaprasad. On Mahaprasada day, devotee wake up early in the morning and work in circles. They are washing the utensils brought in, helping the chef, some are putting compounds on the road side. Also, while the Mahaprasad is going on, some other Kadamwadi Mandal devotee contribute.

 

Sambhaji Raje of the royal family of Kolhapur, MLA Jayashree Tai Jadhav and local corporator Nana Kadam were prominently present at the Mahaprasad. He first performed aarti to Lord Ganesha and then started distributing Mahaprasad. On the day of Mahaprasada, excellent flower decoration was done in the mandala by Sharad decorators. People were attracted to it on this day. Similarly, the arrangement of Satyanarayan Puja was made by making a small replica of the temple from banana leaves. Maharaja’s immersion ceremony.

9th September 2022 was the immersion day of Ganapati Rai. On the immersion day once again the circle devotee decorated the car by lighting balloons and garlanding the car. In the evening, Aarti of Maharaja was performed and immersion procession started. In the year of flowers and cheers of activists started the procession. कदमवाडीत 2022 मधील गणेशोत्सवात गजराज मित्र मंडळ या सार्वजनिक गणेश उत्सव मंडळाने गणपती रायचे अत्यंत धूम धडाक्यात आणि उत्साहात आगमन केले. आज आपण या article मध्ये या मंडळातील गणपती रायच्या आगमना नंतर ची आणि आगमन पूर्वींची तयारी तसेच गणपती रायच्या अगमनातील काही क्षण पाहणार आहोत. मंडळाची स्थापना 1 मे 1985 साली झाली आहे. या मंडळाला कदमवाडीत प्रतिष्ठित मानाचे स्थान आहे. कारण या मंडळा द्वारे चांगले सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक संकल्पना शिवजयंती असो किंवा मंडळाचा वर्धापनदिनाचे निमित्त साधून राबवले जातात.

महाराज्याच्या आगमनाची पूर्व तयारी

गणपती रायचे आगमन करायच्या आधी सर्वच सार्वजनिक मंडळे पहिल्यांदा वर्गणी मागतात. अश्याच प्रकारे गजराज मित्र मंडळातही काही तरुण युवक वर्गणी कदमवाडीत मागतात. वर्गणीची सुरुवात वर्गणी पावती बुक पूजनाने केली जाते. पावतीबुक चे पूजन दरवर्षी 15 ऑगस्ट या सुवर्ण दिवशी केले जाते. यावर्षी मंडळातील कार्यकर्ते माजी सैनिक ज्यांनी भारतीय सीमेवर राहून भारतीय लोकांचे रक्षण केले ( मेजर संतोष पाटील ) आणि (मेजर सूरज जाधव) जे सद्या भारताच्या संवरक्षणा साठी सीमेवर कार्यरत आहेत यांच्या द्वारे वर्गनिच्या पावतीबुक चे आणि मंडळाच्या बोर्ड चे पूजन केले. या वर्गणीतून गणरायांच्या भक्तांसाठी महाप्रसादाचे आयोजन केले जाते. महाप्रसादाचे आयोजन हे लोकांकडून वर्गणी गोळा करून केले जाते, अशी जुन्या काळापासून परंपरा आहे. त्यामुळे वर्गणी मागणे गरजेचे असते. कदमवाडीतील लोक ही मंडळाला वर्गणी देऊन मोलाचे सहकार्य करतात. महाप्रसादातील काही क्षणांविषयी पुढे आपण जाऊन घेणार आहोत.

मंडळातील कार्यकर्ते आपापली कामे वाटून घेतात आणि team work प्रमाणे गणपती च्या आगम सोळ्यासाठी काम करत असतात. कार्यकर्ते महाराज्यांच्या आगमनाच्या आधी मंडळात साफसफाई करतात. Decoration करतात. आधल्या रात्री आगमनासाठी लागणाऱ्या ट्रॉलीची सजावट करतात. तसेच कोणकोणत्या गोष्टी राहिल्या आहेत आणि महाराज्याच्या आगमनाच्या दिवशी काय व्यवस्था करायची याचे नियोजन करत असतात. या नियोजनात आणि मंडळातील वेगवेगळ्या कामात जेष्ठ नागरिकांपासून ते अगदी लहान मुलांपर्यंत वयोगटातील कार्यकर्त्यांचा समावेश असतो. यामध्ये काही leders ची नेमणूक केली जाते, जसेकी अध्यक्ष, उपाअध्यक्ष, खजाणीस आणि सेक्रेटरी यांच्या समावेशांत आणि निर्णयानुसार कार्यकर्ते काम करत असतात. गणपती रायाच्या दिवसांमध्ये कार्यकर्ते आपली वयक्तिक कामे विसरून आणि घरदार विसरून मंडळात दिवस रात्र काम अगदी मनापासून करतात.

कदमवाडीला महाराजाचा आगमन सोहळा.

2022 चालू असलेल्या वर्षी 31 ऑगस्ट 2022 रोजी महाराजाच्या सायंकाळी 6 वाजल्यापासून मिरवणुकी द्वारे आगम सोहळ्यास सुरुवात झाली. Sound system आणि डोळे तपणाऱ्या आकर्षक light रोषणाईद्वारे मिरवणुकीस सुरुवात झाली. या मिरवणूकित मंडळातील सर्व कार्यकर्त्यांचा आणि कदमडीतील काही गजराज fans असणाऱ्या कार्यकर्त्यांचा मोठ्या प्रमाणात समावेश होता. महाराजाच्या आगमनाची चर्चा कदमवाडी मध्ये आधी काही दिवसांपूर्वी मोठ्या प्रमाणात सुरू होती. कारण मंडळीत कार्यकर्त्यांनी social media द्वारे भागातील लोकांपर्यंत आगमनाचे message खूप मोठ्या प्रमाणात पोहचवले होते. महाराजाचे आगमन जेष्ठ, तरुण तसेच लहान कार्यकत्यांनी अगदी जल्लोशी आणि आनंदी वातावरणात केले.

गेल्या 3 वर्षांत corona काळामध्ये lockdown मुळे लोकांना गणरायाचे आगमन जल्लोशी वातावरणात करता आले नाही. कारण लोकांना एकत्र येण्यास मनाई होती, त्यामुळे कोरोनाचे या वर्षी निर्बंध हाटल्याने खूपशा सार्वजनिक मंडळांनी गणरायाचे आगमन जल्लोशी वातावरणात करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला. याचप्रमाणे गजराज मित्र मंडळाने ही महाराजाचे आगमन थाटात आणि जल्लोशी वातावरणात करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला. यामध्ये कार्यर्त्यांनी 2 महिन्या पूर्वी पासून नियोजन लावले होते. यामध्ये sound system, light, generator तसेच आणखीन काही गोष्टी ठरवून ठेवल्या होत्या. तसेच परवानगी ही sound साठी दिली आहे या वर्षी, तरीही मंडळाने मिरवणुकीची परवानगी ही काढली. या सर्व व्यवस्थेमुळे महाराजाच्या आगमनावेळी कोणतीही कार्यकर्त्यांना अडचण आली नाही आणि आगमन सोहळा अगदी उत्साहात पार पडला. 11:30 ला महाराजाचे मंडळामध्ये आगमन झाले. तसेच मिरवणूक या ठिकाणी थांबली आणि मंडळातील जेष्ठ करकर्त्यांना गणरायाच्या आरतीचा मान देऊन आरतीला सुरुवात केली. यानंतर प्रसादाचे वाटप केले.

गजराज मित्र मंडळाद्वारे दररोज जवळपास असणाऱ्या भागातील सामाजिक लोकांना आणि काही मंडळातील पूर्वीच्या काळातील जेस्ट कार्यकर्त्यांना आरतीचा मान देण्यासाठी पत्रिकेद्वारे आमंत्रित केले जाते. या पत्रिकेद्वारे लोकांना आमंत्रित ही केले जाते आणि लोकांना चांगले सामाजिक संदेश ही दिले जातात. या वर्षी पत्रिकेमधून यावर्षी ज्या भारतीय खेळाडूंनी olympic मध्ये भारताला वियज प्राप्त करून दिला यांचे आभार व्यक्त केले आहेत. यामुळे लोकांना भारतीय खेळाडूंविषयी एक चांगला स्वाभिमान निर्माण झाला.

गजराज मित्र मंडळातील सजीव देखावा.

गणरायाच्या आगमनाच्या दिवसांमध्ये ज्यावेळी घरातील लहान गणपती निरोप घेतता, त्यानंतर सार्वजनिक मंडळे रात्रीच्या वेळी लोकांच्या मनोरंजनासाठी सजीव देखवांच्या आयोजन करतात. यामध्ये या वर्षी गजराज ने ही ….. हा सजीव देखावा आयोजित केला होता. या द्वारे लोकांचे मनोरंजन ही होते आणि लोकांना शेवटी चांगले सामाजिक message ही दिले जातात. त्यामुळे लोकांनचा या सजीव देखाव्याला मोठ्या संख्येने चांगला प्रतिसाद मिळतो. हा नाटक उभारण्यासाठी यामध्ये काही कलाकार भाग घेतात. यामध्ये काही ladies तसेच काही gens पात्रे असतात. कार्यकर्ते ही पात्रे अकमसात करून आणि त्यांच्या द्वारे कपडे घालून लोकांसमोर कलेचे सादरीकरण करतात. सजीव देखावा सादर करण्यासाठी प्रथन कलाकार नाटकाचे रेकॉर्डिंग आणतात. यामध्ये ते नाटकाच्या आधी काही दिवसांपूर्वी त्या पात्रांची practice करतात. तसेच काही मंडळातील कार्यकर्ते सविज देखावा सादर करण्यासाठी stage घालत असतात. अश्याप्रकारे यावर्षीचा सजीव देखावा कार्यकर्त्यांच्या आणि लोकांच्या सहकार्याने पार पडला.

महाजाच्या महाप्रसादाचे आयोजन.

दरवर्षी कदमवाडी आणि इतर जवळील गावांमध्ये गजराज मित्र मंडळाचा महाप्रसादा मोठ्या प्रमाणात केला जातो. यावर्षी 8 सप्टेंबर 2022 रोजी सायंकाळी महाप्रसादाचे आयोजन केले होते. गणरायाच्या आगमना नंतर मंडळातील सर्व कार्यकर्ते महाप्रसादासठी लागणारे साहित्य जमा करण्यासात व्यस्त असतात. महाप्रसादा दिवशी कार्यकर्ते सकाळी लवकर उठून मंडळात काम करत असतात. यामध्ये आणलेली भांडी धुवून घेत असतात, chef ला मदत करत असतात, काही रस्त्याच्या बाजूने कंपाऊंड घालत असतात. तसेच महाप्रसाद सुरू असताना काही इतर कदमवाडी मधील मंडळातील कार्यकर्ते हातभार लावतात.

महाप्रसादाला कोल्हापूर चे राजे घराण्यातील संभाजी राजे, आमदार जयश्री ताई जाधव आणि भागातील नगरसेवक नाना कदम यांची प्रमुख उपस्थिती होती. यांच्या हस्ते प्रथम गणपती ची आरती केली आणि त्यानंतर महाप्रसाद वाटपाला सुरुवात केली. महाप्रसादा दिवशी मंडळामध्ये फुलांचे उत्कृष्ट decoration शरद decoretors यांनी केले. या दिवशी लोकांना हे आकर्षित वाटत होते. त्याचप्रमाणे सत्यनारायण पूजेची मांडणी केळीच्या पानांन पासून देवळाची लहान प्रतिकृती आकारून केली होती. तसेच यादिवशी तालवीर या पारंपरिक वाद्यांचा गजर ही केला होता. रात्री खूप वेळ पर्यंत भागातील लोक महाप्रसाद घेत होते.
