Responsibilities.

• As an individual donor, they assume a certain level of responsibility and a limited amount of assistance. 
• Perform unit tests to ensure correct development. 
• Implement developments/requirements based on the technical aspects provided. 
• Adhere to  coding standards and work practices in accordance with client/organizational guidelines. 
• Attend designated trainings and actively work toward improvement and development. Ability to capture functional and non-functional requirements and document  system/software requirements for low to medium complexity situations. 
• Able to work with new technologies and handle customer updates. 
• Ability to run unit tests and perform re-run simulation tests and demonstrate test control. 
• Defects are detected and errors are corrected and automated test scripts/manual test cases are executed according to the test plan and record results. 
• Identifying and reporting deficiencies/variations from expected results.

• Proficient in CRM tools like SAP, FICO, etc. 
• Basic knowledge of the client's business domain and technology stack. 
• Good knowledge of programming  and computer testing languages. 
• Basic knowledge of  BBP and related documents such as Project Design, FS, Test Documentation and Fields. 
• Basic knowledge of operational processes and tools required to inspect processes, tools and procedures. Good problem solving skills. 
• Good communication skills.
