Responsibilities.
- To improve quality assurance, design, product management, technical publications, and training, solicit customer feedback.
- Travel to Ciena and customer sites across the world
- serve as the customer's lead engineer for a certain client.
- Automate issue resolution and data collecting
- When necessary, offer 24/7 remote technical support for specific CIENA products. Evenings and weekends are included in on-call duty.
