  • Utilise sales cadence reporting to increase email open and response rates.
  • By week seven, this professional should book 85% qualified meetings.
  • Potential tech collaborations suited to Upwork's distribution plan
  • Discover the prospected company's decision-maker for partnerships and their details.
  • Utilise pre-made sales cadences to schedule meetings for a partnerships manager using a variety of communication methods (phone, email, LinkedIn, social media, SMS).
  • Sending meeting confirmations in advance will help to ensure that the decision maker attends these sessions.
  • Discuss pipeline development, meeting quality, sales strategies, sales cadence optimisation, and new prospecting targets weekly meetings with the partnerships manager.
  • This expert ought to have over 250 prospects in their sales pipeline by week three.
  • This professional should be scheduling an average of two meetings every day by week five.
