Responsibilities.
- Providing second- and third-line assistance (technical questions, bug patches, and minor platform and application enhancements) while adhering to Astra Zeneca standards and change control processes
- Develop specialised knowledge in pertinent systems, document it, and make it available to international teams as needed.
