Responsibilities.
- help in the creation and perpetration of specialized training and attestation related to the below motifs unite with other services worldwide to give first- class support for charge-critical guests
- Creating software configurations, duplicating issues, troubleshooting, disquisition of specialized problems, and tracking the resolution of those problems in collaboration with other PTC departments like R&D and QA as well as communicating the same to guests.
- Give support services to help guests and field staff with the configuration and troubleshooting of installation and functionality issues with Windchill Products.
- give a client- centric service through their understanding of the guests ’ issue, knowledge of PTC products, and appreciation of Support Services processes.
- Developing expert- position knowledge of the Windchill installation and functionality issue and keeping PTC Knowledgebase evolved
- Focus on own professional development and occasional tutoring or mentoring of other platoon members. With adding experience and furnishing precious input to Technical Support systems and/ or functional brigades.
