Responsibilities.
- Having a strong understanding of coaching and mentoring techniques and being able to transfer that expertise to customer support teams (both internal and external vendor partners)
- In order to maintain the best-in-class Quality Management process, evaluate the effectiveness of the current Quality audit framework and apply or recommend continuous improvement approaches.
- Programmes for Quality Management and Assurance are understood and put into practise.
- Create methods and guidelines for recording and reporting this data, conduct quality audits, and
skill required.
- Identify patterns and insights from completed audits that can be used to generate concrete suggestions for process improvement
- To identify knowledge/skill, work closely with the teams responsible for training, content strategy, and process design.
- Assure efficient knowledge transfer and change management among all Customer Support teams (internal and external vendor partners).
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to promote operational effectiveness and customer effectiveness.
