Job Position - Mechanical Engineer- Intern

Job Type - Full-Time.

Salary - up to 30K Month*


Responsibilities.

  • Know how to conduct product-PCB tests for mechanical parts' impact (drop test)
  • comprehensive knowledge of technical documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate testing standards, methodology, and test reports with testing labs, quality engineers, and certification engineers.
  • Prepare and carry out the entire plan for product design validation.
  • Run module- and product-level accelerated/endurance life tests.
  • adequate familiarity with the FMEA, FTA technique, RCCA, and stress testing.
  • basic knowledge of the motor control system, sensors, and PCB
  • Ability to manage lab equipment, interpret testing and quality requirements.
  • IQC/FAI should be done for various sections.
  • Understanding the standards for quality in the design of electromechanical items, including plastic, metal, rubber, sensors, and motors.
  • Do quantitative and qualitative data analysis using your statistical analysis expertise.
  • knowledge of thermal analysis and verification, as well as material testing.

skill required.

  • An advantage would be prior employment as a testing engineer or in a comparable position.
  • understanding of IQC, FAI, and part evaluation for manufactured components made of plastic, metal, and rubber.
  • creation of reports and documentation.,
  • Create and carry out a plan for component, submodule, and product design validation.
  • Jigs and fixtures testing, manufacturing, assembly, and validation requirements. 
  • It is essential to have knowledge of 3D printing, fast prototyping techniques, production, testing, and assembly.

  • Knowledge in robotics and control systems is valuable.
