Responsibilities.

  • In charge of managing incidents within the ITIL framework by prioritising high severity or escalated tickets and following up on pending tickets.
  • Charged with timely completion of all tasks in accordance with the job description and the manager's directions.
  • Use all available communication channels to serve as the initial point of contact for suppliers and Ericsson staff members working with the company's suppliers.
  • Ensures effective teamwork across all supporting departments within the firm.
