Responsibilities.
- Shall finalize the On Time Performance report for the shift before signing off and brief the incoming shift.
- Allocating parking spaces in coordination with AOCS
- Watching the ACARS transmission for flight movements in relation to the timing of the chocks going off and on, becoming airborne, and touching down.updating the Movement Manager system with information on ETDs, delay causes, diversion, ground return, and air turn back, etc.
- If a flight is delayed during takeoff or is held up after landing, the departure and arrival times should be revised.
- monitoring of ACARS messages on emails and providing Duty Manager IOCC with advise for action as needed.
