  • NetApp FAS series (7 & C Mode) and E series advanced concepts of Data ONTAP
  • Provide Technical Support in a 24×7 environment on-call/ email/ chat support
  • Experience in ServiceNow ticketing tools.
  •  0+ years in Fresher / Technical Support/ Customer Support
  • Storage Technical Support Engineer
  • Storage/ Hardware / NAS / SAN
  • Should be able to resolve production issues and requests based on the SLAs defined.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot NetApp storage hardware issues
  • Strong knowledge on Clustering and High Availability
