Job Position - Support Engineer

Responsibilities.
- Proactively communicate customer status, enterprises and issues to applicable operation platoon.
- Contribute to SalesCloud Community i.e. responding to product forums and posting knowledge- grounded papers.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering brigades to give backing in relating, reporting and resolving product blights.
- Act as the first point of contact for all Callidus guests, advisers and mates.
- Triage all incoming case requests coming via the web and phone.
- give phone, converse, and dispatch backing to guests, advisers and mates on the operation of Callidus products and layered factors, similar as data metamorphosis tools and report jotting tools.
- shoot first response for all incoming cases vindicating the inflexibility, coming way, ETA for coming communication.

- Should be knowledgeable on Tomcat/ Weblogic.
- Should be knowledgeable on SSO/ SAML integration.
- Experience in Deals pall Commissions( Callidus) is preferable.
- Knowledge on Business Objects4.x, Demitasse/ Webi reports is preferable.
- Knowledge on Informatica10.x, is preferable.
- Excellent organizational, client relationship, verbal and spoken communication chops.
- Excellent problem- working and harkening chops.
Criteria.
- 0- 3 Y of experience in a client support terrain, SaaS experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree Any stream.
