- Organize conference calls including proper call- in installations ground details
- Manage expenditure claims for mates as well as other platoon members and insure delicacy and punctuality timetable operation MIS
- Follow up to insure claims are reused and paid in time
- Completion of QRM for each engagement
- Generating WIP reports for each engagement every week
- Follow up for payments with guests TDS instruments,etc.
