Responsibilities

• unite with all stakeholders through strong seeker/ hand/ alumni exposure.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews for campaigners while icing good seeker experience
• Coordinating for the end- to- end interview process.
• Managing virtual interview drives & events.
• Creating job- posts; aiding with webbing of resumes and operations; communicating effective feedback to the campaigners
• Preparation of reports and dashboards, streamlining data as and when demanded.

Criteria

• 0- 1 times of analogous experience( s) are preferred; Freshers can apply.
• Graduate/Post-Graduation needed.
• Preferred experience in reclamation in a fast- moving, high- growth/ large- scale association.
• Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and campaigners.\
